We make this red carbon part from tinted prepreg carbon, cured in our autoclave. This red is not a spray paint on top. The color goes into the carbon itself. We add a clear gloss coat to show the weave, and it won't peel or fade easily.
We cut every shape on our CNC machine. Just send your drawing. We can follow your outline exactly. Most of our customers use these for car interior trim, decorative covers and light support parts.
Want stiffer or more flexible? We adjust thickness and layup to match your need. Matte finish is available if you don't want shiny surface, and we can laser your logo.
All work is done in our own factory. We run autoclave and CNC in-house, no third party. Send your files, we can work on samples for you.
