Our custom carbon fiber frame components are developed for FPV racing drones, freestyle quadcopters and specialized UAV platforms. We work with customers to review frame geometry, plate thickness, arm dimensions and component mounting interfaces.
Customization Options
Material grades: T300, T700 and T800 options, subject to project requirements.
Panel thickness: 0.5–20 mm laminate sheets are available; suitable frame thickness depends on the design.
Weave styles: Plain weave and 2×2 twill weave.
Surface finishes: Glossy or matte.
Frame design: Customized plates, arms, cutouts and mounting holes based on drawings.
OEM support: Prototype evaluation and repeat-order specifications can be discussed.
