We make these running carbon plates from 3K twill prepreg carbon, cured inside our autoclave at high heat and pressure. This process keeps resin evenly distributed and cuts down trapped air inside the material. That means the stiffness and rebound stay consistent from piece to piece - really important for racing shoes.
Every plate is CNC cut exactly to your drawings. We don't stick to one fixed hardness. If you need softer support for daily training, or snappier spring for marathon racing, we can tweak the layup, thickness or switch between T700 and T800 carbon to get it right.
Works great for marathon race shoes, track spikes and student test running shoes. You can pick glossy or matte surface, add laser engraved logos, and we handle one-off samples before bulk orders.
