When your assembly fits inside a 100mm frame and tolerates no excess mass, standard 1–2mm carbon plates are too bulky. This 0.2mm laminate uses a single-layer 3K plain weave prepreg, oven-cured and stress-relieved to maintain flatness below 0.05mm across a 200mm span.

Laser cutting recommended for holes <1mm
CNC routing at 15,000+ RPM with carbide single-flute
