Carbon Fiber Sheets - Custom Sizes, Thicknesses, and Weave Patterns
We manufacture carbon fiber sheets to your drawing, not to a fixed catalog. Every order starts with your application conditions - load direction, operating temperature, cosmetic requirement, and assembly method - and we select the fiber, resin, and layup accordingly.
What we make
Carbon fiber sheets and plates in 3K twill, 3K plain, and 12K unidirectional weaves. Standard thickness from 0.5 mm to 20 mm; larger thicknesses built up by layup. Maximum sheet size 1500×4000 mm for flat panels. For curved or complex geometry, we produce molded carbon fiber parts instead of flat sheets.
Material and process
We use T300, T700, and T800 grade carbon fiber from Toray and Zhongfu Shenying, with batch certificates traceable to the source. Resin systems include standard epoxy, high-temperature epoxy (up to 150°C), and flame-retardant formulations. Depending on the part, we run autoclave prepreg, or compression molding. We do not use a single process for every product.
Surface Finishes and Tolerances
Available surface finishes include glossy, matte, twill, plain weave, painted, and clear-coated. Dimensional tolerances are 0.1 mm for thin sheets and ±0.2 mm for thick sheets.
Where our sheets are used
Drone frames - 3K twill sheets, 1.5–3 mm, weight reduced 40% versus aluminum
Automotive interior trim - matte finish, 1.2 mm, meeting interior VOC requirements
Industrial jigs and fixtures - high-modulus plate, 5–10 mm, 100,000-cycle fatigue tested
Sports equipment - 0.8–2 mm, customized flex and surface finish
We do not recommend carbon fiber sheets where the part is cost-sensitive, subject to high compressive point loads, or requires extensive post-machining without proper dust control. In those cases, aluminum or G10 may be the more practical choice.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 5 sheets for standard-sized panels; 1 unit for prototype parts. Lead Time: 7–10 days for stock thicknesses; 15–20 days for custom laminates. Sample Policy: Samples can be produced prior to mass production to verify quality and tolerances. Shipping Method: Samples via SF Express; bulk orders via sea freight.
