Key Features & Applications
High Gloss Carbon Fiber Sheets are carbon fiber sheets formed by impregnating and hardening carbon fibers arranged in the same direction as the resin. A high-gloss film is then attached to the surface through high temperature and high pressure. In addition to excellent properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, and impact resistance, these plates also have a strong visual impact, greatly enhancing product quality.
Surface Texture
Carbon fiber has a regular glossy or matte surface texture; twill glossy or twill matte.
Carbon fiber plates are characterized by high hardness, light weight, strong tensile strength, and flexibility for processing. Its density is one-quarter that of steel, but its strength is 5-7 times that of steel.

Material Properties
Carbon fiber has good corrosion resistance to general organic solvents, acids, alkalis, etc., and does not dissolve or swell. Therefore, this product is widely used in various fields.
High-quality materials
Carbon fiber sheets are easy to process, require no pre-treatment, and are simple to manufacture. The sheets can be used interchangeably and can be installed in a variety of ways, making construction quick and easy.

Process Highlights
Material Pre-conditioning: Carbon fabrics are stored in a controlled environment for 24 hours to ensure fiber relaxation.
Layup Precision: Laser-guided fiber placement keeps angle deviation under ±1°.
Vacuum Flow Control: A zoned vacuum system and multi-point resin injection adjust pressure regionally, monitored in real-time to ensure full fiber infiltration.
Curing: 48 temperature sensors in the oven manage a 3-stage heat profile over 8–12 hours, followed by 24-hour ambient cooling to prevent internal stress.
High-Gloss Polishing: Five-stage progression using imported dust-free polish equipment and proprietary compounds produces mirror-like finishes. Each batch undergoes gloss, adhesion, and weatherability testing.
Validation & Credentials
Our strength stems from continuous technical investment and client acclaim. Last year, we collaborated with a prominent semiconductor equipment manufacturer to develop a high-gloss carbon fiber shield for next-gen wafer inspection tools. Challenges included achieving micron-level dimensional accuracy for cleanroom use without particulate generation. By optimizing resin and curing parameters over three months, we reduced particle shedding to one-tenth of the standard and cut weight by 40%, lowering device power consumption by 15%. The case featured in the Advanced Composites Application Yearbook.
We are ISO 9001 certified, with an internal standard for CF product traceability-from raw material lot, operator, process parameters to test data. Our testing center houses CMM, universal testing machines, and DMA equipment. For specialized testing, we partner with institutes like CAS and Tongji University for authoritative reports.
With over 200 B2B clients-15 among the Fortune 500-and a repurchase rate of 85%, many have evolved from trial orders into strategic partners.

Professional Counselling Issues
Q1: What advantage does dry-process CF have over pre-preg for customization?
A: Flexibility. Pre-preg materials require pre-ordered lots with ~6-month shelf life and cold storage. In contrast, our carbon cloth and resin each have 2-year shelf life at room temperature. Once we receive your drawings, production can begin immediately-no material lead time.
Q2: Can you handle complex shapes like deep grooves and small fillets?
A: Yes-vacuum-driven resin fills complex geometries well. We design vacuum channels based on drawings and may perform flow simulations. Real-time vacuum control ensures full infiltration into every region.
Q3: How do you guarantee consistent surface quality across batches?
A: Our process is highly standardized and quantified: from release agent dosing (±0.1 g/m²), curing temperature (±2 °C), polishing pressure/speed to sampling. We use the same material lots, compare each batch to master samples, and measure gloss at multiple points-keeping deviation within ±3%.
Q4: If we need drawing revisions, do you support them? Will lead time be affected?
A: Yes, we offer technical redesign support to improve manufacturability, cost, or performance (e.g., rounding corners, adjusting thickness, optimizing fiber orientation). Minor revisions take 1–2 days and don't affect lead time; major ones are re-evaluated and timeline adjusted, with documentation and version control.
Q5: Are samples available before mass production? What's the cost?
A: Yes-typically 5–7 working days. Sample fees may be offset by bulk orders. For long-term customers, we offer annual free sample allowances. Samples are made with the same process as mass production.
Company News
In early 2025, carbon fiber industry underwent major transformation-and we have too. Last month, we upgraded our line with AI-based defect detection, capable of spotting issues like fiber wrinkles or resin voids down to 0.1 mm. This improves yield and helps customers avoid quality issues.
For capacity expansion, our second-phase facility is nearing operation, with three additional dry-process carbon fiber lines dedicated to rapid custom orders. These lines use modular design to switch products in just 2 hours-ideal for small batches and variety. We also launched the industry's first rapid prototyping center for carbon fiber sheets, with compact full-process equipment for new product trials.
Looking ahead, we will continue focusing on innovation and service excellence to help more businesses achieve high-performance, lightweight solutions.
