This is our 3K twill carbon plate, made from prepreg and cured inside the autoclave. We pay extra attention during layup, so these sheets stay flat, not easy to twist. The weave is even across the surface.
It machines really well on CNC. You can cut shapes, drill holes, mill pockets as you need. Our buyers turn them into drone frames, jigs, light brackets and all sorts of custom mechanical parts.
We keep common thicknesses in stock. We can also cut blank sheets to your size. Gloss or matte finish, your call. Laser marking is possible if you need brand marks.
All production is done in our own workshop. Just send over your thickness and size specs, we can sort samples out for you.
