When standard 5mm plates aren't enough, our Thick Carbon Fiber Sheets bridge the gap between plate and billet:
Thickness Range: 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 25mm / 30mm / 40mm / 50mm
Sheet Sizes: 300×300mm / 400×400mm / 500×500mm
Layup: Multi-ply quasi-isotropic (balanced stiffness in all directions)
Tolerance (as-supplied): ±0.2mm thickness, ±0.5mm edge
CNC Machining Tolerance: ±0.1mm (post-machining)
Material: T300/T700 prepreg, void content <2%
Flatness: ≤0.5mm per 300mm
Finish: Rough edges (machining stock) / CNC-finished on request
Applications: Heavy-duty industrial fixtures, robotic end-effectors, metrology bases, mold tooling backs, structural brackets. Can be drilled, tapped (with inserts), and milled. Supplied as raw block or fully machined to drawing. Lead time: 7–10 days for thick laminates, 3–5 days for machining.
