Thin carbon sheets are highly susceptible to warpage after cooling. We adopt segmented temperature control inside the autoclave, with slow and uniform cooling cycles to release internal stress gradually. The finished thin sheets retain good flatness after slitting and cutting. It serves as thin partition plates, spacer shims and separator layers for micro sensors. Thickness tolerance is tightly controlled, making it compatible with automatic assembly lines and reducing reject rates during your production. Every sheet is separated by protective liner paper in export packaging to prevent indentation during transit. Mixed orders with multiple thickness options are supported.
