At 0.1mm, the plate remains flat and flexible enough for compact assemblies, while still offering directional stiffness.

For applications requiring higher rigidity, 3K fiber at 0.2mm provides a better balance between strength and weight. This thickness range is commonly used in drone structural skins, electronic housings, sensor mounting plates, medical device panels, and lightweight reinforcement layers.

Compared with aluminum or plastic sheets at similar thickness, carbon fiber does not permanently deform under vibration and shows better fatigue resistance over long-term use.

Producing ultra-thin carbon fiber plates requires strict control of resin content and curing pressure. Excess resin increases brittleness, while insufficient resin causes weak bonding between fibers.

We use low-viscosity epoxy systems to ensure full impregnation of fine carbon fibers without adding unnecessary weight. During curing, pressure and temperature are precisely controlled to prevent warping and thickness inconsistency. Fiber orientation can be adjusted to achieve stiffness in specific directions, depending on the application.

CNC trimming is used to achieve clean edges without fiber pull-out, which is especially important for plates at 0.1–0.2mm thickness.
