Description
Workshop welding jigs are frequently handheld for small batch assembly. Traditional steel jig arms are heavy and cause arm fatigue after repeated operation. Some light alloys conduct heat fast and transfer welding heat to operators. We machine mounting slots to install positioning blocks and quick clamps directly. The composite structure delivers enough rigidity for workpiece positioning while greatly lowering handheld load. It slows heat transfer from welding zone to the operator side. Multiple rectangular cross-section sizes are optional for different jig design needs.
