Advantage: IM modulus 294GPa, plate flex mod ≈170GPa, void ≤1.0%, FVF 63±1.5%.
Benefit: 48% lighter than Al spar; deflection drops from 105mm→16mm under same load (3-pt bend verification); fatigue >10⁶ cycles @60% UTS, no delamination; enables 18–22% longer flight lines per battery.
