Real carbon fiber cigar tube/case, built with the same prepreg twill layup we run on bike parts. Not a thin wrap or printed pattern - actual laminated carbon shell.
Build & Finish
Outer skin is diagonal twill carbon weave, clear-coated for a deep gloss. Rounded corners, smooth edges, no sharp seams. Hinged split-fit lid closes tight. Inner liner cushions and holds shape, protects contents from crush and moisture shifts.
Specs & Fit
Standard lengths fit common cigar ring gauges (custom inner dims on request). Light, rigid, won't flex in a pocket or travel bag. Matte/gloss, UD/twill options available.
OEM / ODM
Brand decal-ready. Custom length, width, liner color, weave pattern and logo placement. Same autoclave cure and CNC trim standard as our frame parts - consistent finish from first article to production lot.
