Full carbon build from one shop. Frame, wheels, cockpit, seatpost - same prepreg layup standard, same surface finish across the whole bike. No mixing suppliers, no mismatched gloss levels.
1. Monocoque Frame & Fork
UD carbon core with twill outer wrap. Cured in the autoclave, not just vacuum bagged. BB shell, headset cups and dropouts all CNC'd on one datum - batch sizes stay consistent. Internal routing ports cut clean, no frayed edges.
Geometry (reach, stack, head angle, chainstay) gets set per your rider weight and discipline. We adjust ply count at the BB and head tube junction instead of pushing catalog stock.
2. Carbon Wheelset
Same oven, same cure cycle as the frame:
Disc / 5-spoke aero - track and TT use, low drag, tubeless-ready bead seat.
Spoked wheels - CNC alloy hubs, sealed bearings, radial and lateral trued. Rim depth and width cut to spec.
Surface finish matches the frame exactly. No gloss-vs-matte mismatch between wheels and chassis.
3. Integrated Cockpit & Chainrings
One-piece bar and stem, full internal routing, no bonded joint at the faceplate. Chainrings stiffness-tuned to match crank arm layup, mounted to CNC alloy spider. Weave direction aligned with the frame's UD/twill so the whole front end reads as one piece.
4. UD Carbon Seatpost
Filament-wound UD spine for compliance under load. CNC clamp head, anti-slip inner coating - stays put without carbon paste. Standard 27.2 / 30.9 / 31.6 mm. Zero-offset or setback. Torque rating printed on the part so your assembly line doesn't over-crush a thin-wall tube.
How We Build It
Prepreg layup → autoclave → CNC trim on locked datum → same QA from first article through production. No "hand-built variance" creeping in after lot 2.
OEM / ODM
Brand decal-ready. Custom geo, color, weave (matte / gloss / raw UD). We tune wall thickness and ply schedule at BB, top tube and seat stays based on actual rider weight and race type. Not pulling a SKU off the shelf.
