This full carbon dragon boat paddle is made in our own workshop, formed by autoclave curing. We build it as a single integrated piece, no glued or bolted connections between shaft and blade. Many cheap paddles fail right at that joint after weeks of heavy training, so we remove that weak point entirely from the start.
We select 3K carbon twill for the outer layer, paired with carefully arranged internal carbon layups. We tune the stiffness carefully - not overly rigid that it jars your wrists on every stroke, and not too flexible to waste your power when you pull through the water. Compared with fiberglass or wooden paddles, the weight saving is obvious. After hours of continuous paddling, your arms and shoulders will feel far less worn out.
The glossy finish you see on this sample gives a tight, sealed surface that sheds water quickly and resists scuffs from docks and boat edges. Matte finish is also an option if your team prefers a low-glare look. We don't lock you into fixed sizes. We can adjust the total length, tweak the blade profile, and print your team logo, club name or brand marking directly onto the paddle surface.
It works well for weekend recreational groups, regular training squads, and competitive teams joining official dragon boat events. We handle bulk orders for distributors and clubs. Share your preferred specs with us, and we can work out a suitable solution and pricing for you.
