Our Mark4 5-inch FPV drone carbon fiber frame plates are precision CNC machined spare parts specially designed for FPV freestyle and racing quadcopters. Manufactured from premium 3K twill weave carbon fiber sheet, this material brings an excellent stiffness-to-weight advantage. Compared with glass fiber or plastic parts, 3K carbon fiber features lighter weight, higher rigidity and better impact resistance, which is the top material choice for high-performance FPV drone frames.
Each carbon plate is cut by high-precision CNC router with strict tolerance control. All mounting holes are positioned accurately for seamless assembly, no reaming or modification required for standard Mark4 frame. The optimized hollow cutout structure is professionally engineered: it cuts down unnecessary weight to reduce the overall takeoff weight of the drone, improve agility and extend flight time, while maintaining enough structural rigidity to withstand impacts during crashes. It effectively protects your flight controller, motors and other electronic components.
These are upper and lower frame plates for replacement. When your original frame cracks after hard crashes, you can directly replace these plates instead of buying a full frame kit to save your cost. We support custom CNC machining service. If you have your own drone frame drawings or custom carbon parts requirements, we can produce carbon fiber components according to your specifications.
