We produce these matte 3K twill carbon sheets on our autoclave line. Twill weave is the most popular carbon pattern for our clients. The offset diagonal weave gives it a little more flexibility to conform to gentle curves, while still keeping great rigidity. Compared to plain weave, the twill grain looks more dynamic, it's the go-to pick for drone builders, RC hobbyists and custom fabricators. The matte finish kills the harsh shine, hides fingerprints better than glossy panels, and keeps the focus on that clean carbon texture.
Every sheet goes through full autoclave curing under controlled pressure and temperature. This keeps internal stress low. A lot of cheaper carbon plates will twist or warp once you run them through a CNC router. We tune our layup and cure cycle to fight that problem, so your finished machined parts stay flat. We hold tight thickness tolerances, which matters when you stack multiple plates or fit assemblies together.
We keep a wide range of common dimensions and thicknesses ready to ship. If a full sheet is too big for your project, we can cut blank panels down to your required size before shipment. Customers use this material heavily for FPV drone frames, RC car chassis, robotics brackets, test fixtures, instrument panels and one-off custom builds.
