Custom Carbon Fiber Tubes - Built to Your Drawing and Operating Conditions
We make custom tubing, not stock sizes. Every order starts from your drawing and your operating conditions - load type, impact, fatigue cycles, temperature and humidity exposure, and how the tube connects to the rest of your assembly. Those parameters decide the fiber grade, ply orientation, resin matrix, and manufacturing process. We do not start from existing inventory and force your part into it.

What we make
Carbon fiber tubes (round and square) and aramid tubes, built to your drawing. You choose the fiber - carbon, aramid, or carbon-glass hybrid - and we advise on layup, wall thickness, and inner/outer diameter based on your load case. Surface options: matte, glossy, exposed 3K twill, or painted.
How we make it
Autoclave curing with recorded temperature and pressure curves. Compared with roll-wrapping, this gives lower porosity and more consistent mechanical properties - which matters when your tube is a structural part, not a cosmetic one.
How we check it
Raw material certificates on file. Layup process logged. Finished dimensions verified - tolerances down to ±0.1 mm. Fatigue and static load testing on samples available before mass production.
How we work with you
Send your drawing. Our engineers review feasibility and come back within 48 hours with a quote and any design suggestions. We handle prototype and batch production on the same line, so the first article and the 500th piece come from the same process. MOQ 10 pieces for standard sizes, 1 piece for prototype.
