Detailed Description
CMM shops running steel box-section fight 0.11 mm drift on a 1.2 meter span between 20 degree morning and 26 degree afternoon. This tubing is laid 0 / 45 / 90 / minus 45 symmetric with tailored resin fraction to land 1.4 ppm per degree Celsius within granite spread. All four faces ground parallel after cure; flatness face-to-face 0.05 mm per meter. Ends square-cut within 0.02 mm perpendicularity so the fixture builds without shimming packs. Ten production lots since Q3 last year show CTE repeatability plus minus 0.15 ppm. Guangdong Shenyang New Material attaches dilatometer strip PDF per lot to the export packing list.

Q: Can you certify CTE per lot with dilatometer printout
A: Yes one dilatometer strip is cut from the tail end of each production lot and the PDF is attached to the COC.
Q: Face grind before or after cutting to length
A: Faces are ground on the oversize blank then the part is parted to length to protect perpendicularity.
Q: Anodized aluminum end caps bonded in-house
A: End caps can be bonded on our fixture with Loctite EA 9394 and bake cycle recorded on the job card.
