3. Customization Service - Three Service Levels
Level A - Cut to outline. Profile cut to your drawing, edges deburred. When you only need the sheet shaped and will finish in-house. Level B - Semi-finished. Profiles + holes, slots, pockets, chamfers and countersinks - a panel ready to assemble. Level C - Finished panel. Level B + surface finish, silk-screen marking, bonded inserts and protective packaging - a panel ready to drop into your product.
What happens before cutting: our engineer reviews the drawing and replies with DFM feedback - corner radii that need adjustment, thin walls near holes, stack-up issues. Small-batch work fails on details that show up in review, not on the machine.
