Product Overview
Our 3K twill weave carbon fiber flat bars are solid rectangular composite profiles manufactured by autoclave molding process. Compared with pultruded carbon strips, autoclave cured parts have more stable mechanical performance and beautiful continuous twill carbon texture on surface. These flat carbon bars are widely used as structural reinforcement components instead of metal bars, greatly reducing equipment weight without losing rigidity.

Processing Note
Carbide cutting tools are recommended for machining carbon fiber flat bars. Carbon dust is generated during cutting, protective mask and safety goggles are required for operators.
