SYCarbonFiber Factory produces high-strength carbon fiber tubes using advanced manufacturing processes and strict quality control standards, offering customers high-performance OEM carbon fiber tube customization services. Utilizing T300/T700/T800/T1000 grades, the tubes are precision-wound to achieve tensile strengths exceeding 3000 MPa, with a density just one-fifth that of steel, resulting in significantly higher specific strength. Tolerances are controlled within ±0.1 mm, with a smooth surface, uniform stress distribution, and no burrs, meeting the requirements for high-precision assembly. The factory supports production from small-scale trials to large-scale deliveries, with the most widespread applications in drone arms and racing car modifications.

Features of carbon fiber tubes

Lightweight and high hardness
Carbon fiber has a density of 1.55 g/cm3. It weighs 1/4 as much as steel and 1/2 as much as aluminum of the same volume, and has 2-5 times the strength of steel.

Corrosion resistance and UV resistance
Carbon fiber composite materials have excellent corrosion resistance and can continue to function normally even in complex and harsh environments.

Impact resistance
Carbon fiber composite materials have much better wear and impact resistance than ordinary materials.

Electrical conductivity
Carbon fiber has good electrical conductivity. The resistance of a 1-meter-long 12K carbon fiber thread is approximately 35Q.
