3K Twill Carbon Round Tube CNC Cut Matte Gloss
This 3K twill carbon fiber round tube is roll-wrapped from prepreg carbon fiber and CNC trimmed on one datum, so the OD and cut ends stay within ±0.05mm. The woven surface is real carbon twill, not a printed film. Choose gloss clear coat for display and easy cleaning, or matte sanded for low-glare industrial use.
Standard range covers OD 6–100mm. Common stock sizes include 8×6mm, 10×8mm, 12×10mm, 16×14mm, 20×18mm, 25×23mm, 30×28mm and 40×36mm, length 500mm or 1000mm, longer sizes on request. Wall thickness from 0.5mm for cosmetic rods to 10mm for structural pushes.
CNC options include cut to length, chamfered ends, cross drilling, slotting, countersink and PEM insert preparation. Thin-wall tubes are cut with controlled feed to avoid edge fuzz and delamination.

Why not aluminum: around 60% lighter than steel and clearly lighter than aluminum, no rust in humid or outdoor use, better damping for sensor mounts.
