Round Carbon Fiber Tube - Structural, Lightweight, CNC Ready
These round carbon fiber tubes are made from full-thickness prepreg laminate, cured in autoclave or hot-press. Available in 3K twill (diagonal checker) or
plain weave, finished in high-gloss clear coat or matte sanded surface. Color options: standard black, blue, green on request.
Unlike wrapped foil tubes, our tubes have consistent wall thickness, straightness and clean inner bore. Edges are sealed after cutting to prevent capillary wicking and delamination.
CNC operations on tube: end trim square, drill holes, slot cut, chamfer, counterbore - all on locked datum, tolerance ±0.05mm.
Typical uses: robotic arms, UAV booms, camera gimbals, telescope poles, tent poles, automation guide supports, medical cart posts.
Specify: OD / ID / wall thickness / length / weave / finish / color / hole pattern (DXF/STEP/PDF). We return first-article report with dimensional check.
