This 3K matte carbon square tube is cured inside autoclave with full vacuum bagging cycle, achieving void content below 1%, far superior to normal rolled or pultruded carbon profiles. We control ply sequence at four corners deliberately to avoid local stress concentration and uneven torsion stiffness, a common defect on cheap square tubing. It keeps consistent mechanical output under continuous vibration, which matters for drone frame, optical payload mount and robotic linkage. We can supply full material traceability documents, COC and test reports for regulated export markets. Custom OD/ID, wall thickness and CNC end machining are available for engineering projects
