The longitudinal thermal expansion coefficient of aviation carbon fiber tubes is as low as −0.1×10⁻⁶/℃, close to zero, and almost does not expand with temperature changes. It is suitable for orbiter thermal control brackets and satellite-borne sensor device supports that repeatedly experience hot and cold changes, and can prevent deformation caused by temperature differences.

 

High Specific Strength
The specific strength of carbon fiber tubes is as high as about 3000MPa/(g/cm³), which is 2.3 times that of aluminum alloy and nearly 4 times that of steel.
