Our roll-wrapped carbon fiber round tubes are manufactured using continuous carbon prepreg wrapped over a mandrel, then cured for optimal fiber compaction. The result is a lightweight, high-strength composite tube ideal for structural booms, linkage shafts, sensor masts, and support struts. Available in diameters from 6mm to 150mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 10mm. Each tube can be supplied raw or CNC-machined with precision holes, slots, and metal insert bonding - all cut to ±0.1mm tolerance. Supplied as bare composite tubing, ready for your hardware integration.
