Detailed Description
Structural target: first bending mode above 185 Hz, CTE matched to the avionics bracket steel at plus minus 1.2 ppm per degree Celsius differential across minus 20 to plus 60 degree. Layup schedule supplied per customer FEA, 0 slash plus minus 45 slash 90 symmetric with surface UD 0 degree along panel long axis. Autoclave dwell profiled to customer Tg specification, wet Tg 155 degree Celsius minimum. Each panel ships with three flexural coupons cut from the panel edge offcut, same cure lot, same layup. Batch-to-batch fiber areal weight variation held plus minus 1.6 percent by prepreg cold-store rotation. Guangdong Shenyang New Material attaches the full cure curve and coupon test package to every export commercial invoice.

FAQ
Q: Can you iterate layup twice before production batch sign-off
A: Two layup iterations are included in the prototype fee with one coupon set per iteration shipped DHL.
Q: Do offcut coupons include DMA scan or only 3 point flex
A: Standard is 3 point flex per ASTM D790 and DMA scan is added on request at lot level.
Q: Panel flatness over 420 mm span
A: Typical as-cured flatness is plus minus 0.07 mm over 420 mm and double-side lap adds plus minus 0.03 mm if specified.
