This carbon plate is the core frame for formula-style sim racing steering wheels. We use 3K twill prepreg carbon fiber and cure it in our autoclave. The high-pressure process keeps the panel solid, with minimal voids. It stays stiff under frequent button twisting and knob adjustment, won't flex easily during intense sim racing sessions.
Every hole, cutout and recess is CNC machined to tight tolerances. We don't lock you into one layout. If you need different positions for buttons, encoders, screen cutouts or shift paddles, just share your drawing, we adjust the file and cut accordingly.
It's widely used by sim racing modders and small simulator brands to build custom F1-style steering wheels. Surface finish can be matte or glossy. Laser marking of logos is optional. We support sample testing before bulk production.
We run our own autoclave and CNC workshop here. No middle traders. Send your DXF or STEP files over, we can get samples turned around quickly.
