This carbon plate is the front shell for GT sim racing steering wheels. We use 3K twill prepreg carbon and cure it in our autoclave. The high-pressure cure makes the panel solid, so it won't flex or warp when you're tapping buttons and flipping shift paddles for hours of racing.
Every hole and cutout is CNC milled. We don't stick to one fixed pattern. If your buttons, paddles or internal electronics need a different layout, send your drawing. We edit the file and machine it to fit your build perfectly.
Sim racing modders and small sim equipment makers commonly use this plate to build their custom GT wheels. You can pick matte or glossy finish, and we can laser your brand logo on it. We always suggest a sample fit test before you place bulk orders.
We run autoclave and CNC in our own workshop. No middle suppliers. Send over your DXF or STEP files, we can get samples ready fast.
