This is forged carbon part, molded in one piece in our autoclave. Unlike woven carbon plate, forged carbon has that unique mottled texture. It's strong and impact resistant.
We make it by compression molding straight from the mold, all the recesses and contours come out in one shot, no extra CNC carving for the shaped surface.
Customers mostly use these as protective housings and covers for machinery and racing gear. We can adjust thickness and stiffness to fit your load requirement. Matte finish as standard, logo engraving is okay.
