We make this carbon FPV drone arm right here at our factory in China.

We cut each arm from solid 3K twill carbon plate on our CNC machines. All mounting holes are drilled and positioned carefully. We check dimensions one by one after machining, so the holes line up well when you assemble your quadcopter frame.

We use T700 carbon fiber for these arms. It stays light but still tough enough for FPV racing crashes. Every edge gets chamfered by hand after cutting. No sharp burrs to cut your wires or hurt your fingers while building. The standard surface is matte, which cuts down glare when you fly outside.

We do custom work all the time. Send us your drawings if you need a different shape, thickness or hole layout. We accept small test orders, and we can also handle large bulk production runs.

This carbon arm works great as spare replacement parts or upgraded parts for your FPV quad frame. Many frame builders and FPV shops buy these for their projects and spare stock.
