This 3K plain weave carbon sheet is our hot seller if you like the tidy checkerboard carbon look instead of twill. We use standard 3K prepreg and cure every sheet inside our autoclave. Vacuum and pressure lock the layers tight. Plain weave fiber crosses evenly, so strength is balanced both ways. That's perfect for parts that take load from different angles. You won't see loose fibers or hidden voids, and the board stays flat after CNC cutting.
This one comes with glossy clear coat. Matte finish is also available if shiny surface is not what you want. We carry thickness starting from 0.2mm up to thick solid plates. You can order full sheets, pre-cut blanks, or send us your drawings for fully machined parts. Standard grade is T300, we can upgrade to T700 or T800 when you need higher performance.
We are the actual manufacturer in China, not a middleman. Layup, curing, sanding and coating are all done in our own shop. We accept small test orders for hobby builders, and big bulk orders for shops and industrial buyers. We keep consistent quality from batch to batch.
