This is our 3K twill carbon rectangular hollow tube, widely used for structural support where you want to cut weight down without losing rigidity. We make these tubes by rolling carbon prepreg and curing them in our autoclave. The pressure and vacuum setup keeps the wall consistent, no uneven thickness or loose inner layers you often see on low-cost pull-wound carbon tubes. The outer twill weave pattern is neat, and we finish it with glossy clear coat. Matte finish is also an option if you need it.
We can do custom outer width, height and wall thickness. We cut the tubes to your required length, and we also offer end trimming or simple machining service. Standard fiber grade is T300, we can switch to T700 or T800 if your project needs higher strength.
We are the real carbon factory in China, not a trading company. Tube forming, curing, surface finishing and cutting are all done right here in our workshop. We accept small sample orders for testing and large bulk orders for regular production. Quality stays stable batch after batch.
