This is our thick laminated 3K carbon fiber plate, built for projects that need much higher rigidity than thin carbon sheets. We stack multiple layers of 3K carbon prepreg and cure the whole block in our autoclave. Full vacuum and controlled pressure ensure each layer bonds tightly, no delamination risk even when you machine deep cuts or drill holes on the thick section. The side profile shows clean, uniform ply lines, a mark of good lamination quality you won't get from cheap hot-pressed boards.
The surface is classic twill weave, available in glossy or matte finish as you need. We can make these panels in various thicknesses from 10mm all the way up to 50mm. Standard blank sizes are ready, and we can cut blanks or machine finished parts per your drawings. T300, T700 or T800 fiber grades are optional based on your strength requirement.
