This is our standard 3K twill carbon fiber sheet, the most popular carbon board for FPV drone frames, RC models, automotive parts and custom fixture projects. We use genuine carbon prepreg and cure these sheets inside our autoclave tank under stable vacuum, heat and pressure. This process squeezes out bubbles and voids you often see on cheap hot-pressed carbon plates. The finished panel stays flat, consistent in thickness, and won't delaminate easily after CNC cutting or drilling.
The classic twill weave gives it that recognizable carbon texture. We offer glossy finish as shown here; matte surface is also an option on request. Available thickness covers 0.3mm up to 10mm, and we can cut blank sheets to your required dimensions before shipment. We can also do CNC routing, waterjet cutting for finished parts directly for you.
We are the real carbon composite factory in China, not a reseller. All layup, curing, surface coating and machining are done in-house. We stock regular sizes for fast lead time, and accept bulk orders as well as small test orders. We can upgrade the material grade from T300 to T700 / T800 if your project needs higher strength.
