Our glossy 3K carbon square tube adopts staged temperature-pressure autoclave cycle to stabilize resin flow and lock low residual stress. Unlike ordinary hot-pressed tubes, it shows very little springback after cutting, milling and hole operation, reducing your secondary fixture adjustment work. Clean sharp corners and uniform wall thickness are maintained across batches. It is widely selected for racing structural frame, calibration fixture and high-end camera rig. We run periodic batch sampling for ILSS and flexural modulus. Export compliance support and sample validation before mass shipment are offered.
