Our factory has built dedicated constant-temperature cold storage for carbon fiber prepreg. Prepreg is extremely sensitive to ambient temperature. When stored at room temperature, the internal resin will keep chemical reaction going, gradually changing viscosity and shifting curing performance, which directly causes poor forming of finished carbon fiber products.
Many small carbon fiber manufacturers do not have supporting cold storage for prepreg. They have to store prepreg in ordinary warehouses at room temperature. The raw material loses activity rapidly. During production, it is easy to get surface defects, interlayer peeling and insufficient strength. The product quality fluctuates greatly between orders, resulting in high reject rate.
Our dedicated cold storage maintains constant low temperature all year round to lock the activity of resin system and effectively extend the storage period of carbon fiber prepreg. Raw materials are stored by batches in separate zones with traceable full temperature records. When producing carbon fiber molded parts, carbon plates and all kinds of special-shaped carbon products, every batch of prepreg maintains consistent curing characteristics.
For customers, stable raw material storage is the first guarantee for high-quality carbon fiber products. Stable raw material performance reduces reject rate and production loss. The carbon fiber components we deliver feature highly consistent mechanical properties and appearance quality, lowering the risk of equipment failure in later use.
The cold storage follows standardized inbound and outbound procedures. Before delivery, raw materials are warmed up strictly in accordance with process requirements to avoid processing risks caused by sudden temperature change. A complete quality control chain is established from raw material storage to finished product delivery.
Whether it is small-batch sampling or mass industrial orders, we can stably supply high-quality carbon fiber products relying on this low-temperature prepreg storage system. Customers are welcome to visit our warehouse and production workshop on site.
