SYCarbonFiber Factory welcomed a customer from Canada on the morning of November 29 for a scheduled on-site visit and business discussion. The purpose of the visit was to gain a clearer understanding of the factory's production capabilities and to explore cooperation on several upcoming carbon fiber projects, including accessories related to Carbon Fiber Phone Cases.
During the visit, our team accompanied the client through key areas of the facility, such as material storage, dry carbon lay-up, curing, CNC machining, and surface finishing. The client was able to observe how each step is carried out, how production progress is monitored, and how the team works to maintain consistent quality across different batches.
We also arranged a short technical exchange, where our engineers explained the differences between various carbon fiber structures, resin systems, and molding processes. The client showed particular interest in small-format components used in consumer electronics and discussed potential applications that share similar requirements with Carbon Fiber Phone Cases, such as stability, scratch resistance, and lightweight construction.
