This session focused on enabling the Foreign Trade Team A to complete an in-depth, on-site learning program inside the factory.
During the visit, the team coincidentally observed the factory in the middle of producing a large-volume batch of carbon fiber drone frames for an overseas client. This provided an ideal opportunity for the team to gain hands-on technical understanding of the entire composite manufacturing process.
Guided by senior technicians, employees participated in step-by-step learning sessions covering:
The selection and handling of prepreg carbon fiber
The lay-up procedures for carbon fiber sheets for drones
Hot-press curing and furnace platform processing
Precision CNC trimming and contour machining
Final inspection procedures for structural stability and lightweight performance
Through real-time demonstrations and close-up operation explanations, the visiting team gained a clearer understanding of how prepreg carbon fiber transitions into high-rigidity, lightweight carbon fiber sheets for drones, and how each manufacturing step directly impacts final product performance.
