Factory Holds Monthly Review Meeting to Strengthen Quality and Efficiency

On the morning of December 30, 2025, SYCarbonFiber held a factory-wide meeting to review the monthly sales list, production progress, and operational issues identified throughout the month.
During the meeting, management and team leaders analyzed order execution, delivery performance, and quality-related challenges in detail. Responsibilities were further clarified at each production stage, with an emphasis on accountability and coordination across departments. Special attention was given to key process checkpoints that directly impact product quality and delivery accuracy.
The team also reviewed how technical documentation, including the carbon fiber data sheet, is applied in daily production. Ensuring accurate use of material specifications, process parameters, and inspection standards was identified as a critical factor in reducing human error and improving consistency.
By strengthening process control, improving documentation discipline, and addressing issues at each production node, the factory aims to reduce unnecessary costs while increasing overall efficiency and quality performance.
