SYCarbonFiber Factory has officially launched its annual internal skills training and quality-control enhancement program, aiming to further improve production precision and reinforce its leading position in custom carbon fiber fabrication. This initiative reflects the factory's long-term commitment to continuous improvement and its dedication to providing higher-standard composite products to global customers.

 

This year's program covers a full range of manufacturing and inspection competencies, including fiber-layup techniques, resin-control processes, hot-press molding parameters, CNC machining accuracy, and surface-quality evaluation. The training also introduces updated defect-analysis methods and real production cases to help employees better understand quality risks and strengthen problem-solving capabilities.

 

 

During the course, the Quality Management Department demonstrated new measurement tools and stricter inspection workflows, such as refined tolerance standards, batch-tracking documentation, and enhanced dimensional verification procedures. These improvements aim to ensure stronger consistency across carbon fiber sheets, tubes, and structural components while reducing variability in high-volume production.
