SYCarbonFiber Factory Expands Production Capacity for Advanced Carbon Fiber Sheets

SYCarbonFiber Factory (Guangdong Shenyang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. )announced another significant milestone in its manufacturing operations with the recent expansion and optimization of its composite production line. The upgraded facility is now capable of handling higher output volumes of both traditional laminated sheets and premium forged carbon fiber sheet products, strengthening the company's position in global composite materials supply.
The enhanced line integrates automated laying, precision temperature control, and advanced resin-flow management to ensure consistent quality across all carbon fiber sheets and resin systems. This improvement directly supports customers in UAV manufacturing, sports equipment, automotive components, industrial tools, and high-strength structural applications.
During the latest production run, the factory successfully completed continuous processing of forged carbon products, showcasing improvements in:
Uniform dispersion of chopped fibers for premium forged carbon fiber sheet aesthetics
Stable curing cycles for both epoxy and high-performance resin systems
Automated surface finishing to reduce manual polishing requirements
Gradual efficiency increases across CNC cutting and dimensional accuracy inspection
SYCarbonFiber engineers noted that the combination of carbon fiber sheets and resin curing technologies has reached a new level of stability after this upgrade. The result is smoother mechanical performance, improved impact resistance, and a noticeably enhanced surface effect for forged-style composites.
