SYCarbonFiber Factory announced a new milestone in its material development program with the introduction of a lightweight carbon fiber square tube technology. This advancement is part of the company's ongoing effort to deliver high-performance carbon fiber structures for engineering, industrial, and lightweight mechanical applications.

The R&D team focused on improving the internal layering design, fiber-angle control, and structural stability. By adjusting how each layer is arranged and how forces are distributed across the tube walls, the new design achieves higher stiffness without adding unnecessary weight. Engineers noted that this upgrade is especially beneficial for components that require reliable torsion resistance and long-term durability.

Alongside the square version, the factory is also refining its carbon fiber rectangular tube models. These offer different load-bearing characteristics, making them suitable for frames, automation arms, robotics chassis, and other parts where directional strength is crucial. Early testing results showed a clear improvement in rigidity and vibration control compared to earlier generations.

During the development stage, the engineering team carried out repeated torsion, bending, and compression tests to evaluate real-world performance. The goal was not only to reduce weight but to ensure consistent behavior under repeated stress-an essential requirement for customers in robotics, UAV platforms, industrial machinery, and custom composite structures.

SYCarbonFiber Factory stated that the new lightweight tube series will be available for customization, including size options, lay-up configurations, and surface finishes. This flexibility allows clients to adapt the tubes to a wide range of technical and structural needs.

With this launch, the factory continues to strengthen its position as a dependable partner for global composite users, delivering practical innovations backed by steady engineering work and real production capability.
