SYCarbonFiber announced today that the company has secured a new production order for 5,000 sets of 15-inch FPV carbon fiber frames. This order comes from a long-term client in the FPV industry, reflecting the increasing market demand for reliable structural components used in professional fpv drone kit assemblies.
The batch will be manufactured using SYCarbonFiber's upgraded dry-carbon lay-up and precision CNC technology, ensuring stable rigidity, accurate tolerances, and consistent performance across every frame. Production teams have already arranged prepreg scheduling, tooling setup, and fixture adjustments to ensure the order can proceed without delay.

The 15-inch format is widely used in long-range and heavy-lift fpv drone kit configurations, where vibration control, strength, and lightweight structure are essential for stable flight. SYCarbonFiber's enhanced production workflow will support the project from material preparation to final QC inspection, ensuring each set meets the customer's technical requirements.
