3. Intelligent mechanical telescopic arm

In carbon fiber manipulators, telescopic arm tubes are becoming more and more widely used. The length of the robotic arm can be extended from one meter to nearly three meters. Under the control of the main arm, the sleeve can extend the work box with detectors and other equipment at the front of the arm to a small and deep space that cannot be reached by the whole machine, effectively expanding the working range of this intelligent machine. The strength of the carbon fiber tube is very high, which not only can withstand the weight of the front-end detector well, but also its extremely light weight reduces the energy consumption in the mechanical working process to a low level, directly prolongs the working time, reduces the loss, and improves the work efficiency.

In fact, the application of carbon fiber tubes in medical devices is also quite common. For example, in wheelchairs, carbon fiber is a better weight-saving component. Carbon fiber wheelchair accessories are more than half the weight of aluminum alloy accessories of the same specification, but much stronger.
