As the year draws to a close, our factory has carried out a comprehensive production-level review focused on quality control and process stability across all manufacturing stages. Rather than a formal summary meeting, this review is based on real production data, inspection records, and on-site process observations.
In response to increased year-end shipment volume, we have raised inspection frequency for outgoing products, with additional checks implemented during final inspection and pre-shipment verification. This ensures that every batch meets defined specifications before leaving the facility.
Key manufacturing steps within our carbon fiber fabrication process are now under enhanced supervision. Critical operations such as lay-up accuracy, curing control, and dimensional tolerance verification are being closely monitored to reduce variability and maintain consistency.
We have also refined internal inspection workflows, improving coordination between production and quality teams to identify potential risks earlier in the process. These adjustments help safeguard product reliability while maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
