SYCarbonFiber Factory carried out a comprehensive emergency evacuation drill today across its production workshops and office areas. As winter brings lower temperatures and drier conditions, the factory launched the exercise to reinforce employee safety awareness and ensure a rapid, organised response in case of unexpected incidents. The drill also covered safety precautions for storage areas containing composite materials and high-precision equipment used in the manufacturing of carbon fibre sheets.
The drill simulated a sudden workshop emergency, prompting all staff members to evacuate through designated routes within a controlled time frame. Safety officers monitored the entire process, assessing evacuation speed, route discipline, and communication efficiency. According to the safety team, the goal was to ensure that every employee is fully familiar with escape procedures-especially during the busy year-end production period.
"Our factory is operating at high capacity this season, and it's essential that safety standards remain uncompromised," said the safety director of SYCarbonFiber Factory. "Whether we are producing customised components or large-format carbon fibre sheets, we need to guarantee a secure working environment for the entire team."
In addition to the evacuation exercise, the factory conducted on-site checks of fire-fighting equipment, emergency lighting systems, and safety signage throughout the production floor. Storage rooms for prepreg rolls, cured panels, and finished carbon fibre sheets were rechecked to confirm that humidity and temperature remain within safe ranges during winter.
This week, SYCarbonFiber Factory successfully completed hands-on fire extinguisher training for all employees, ensuring that every team member can properly operate essential emergency equipment. According to the winter safety schedule, the factory will begin a full equipment inspection and warehouse safety review next week to further strengthen production stability. These actions reflect the company's commitment to employee safety and ensure that customer orders-especially those involving precision-manufactured carbon fibre sheets-can continue to be completed reliably and on time.
