On Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m., the SYCarbonFiber team gathered for a company-organized hiking event at Wutong Mountain in Shenzhen. The activity aimed to encourage employees to relax, stay active, and strengthen teamwork after a busy production cycle in the factory's carbon fiber fabrication workshops.
More than 40 employees from various departments joined the hike, including production, engineering, quality control, and the foreign trade team. The group followed the main climbing route, enjoying clear weather, fresh air, and expansive views of Shenzhen along the way. To support team interaction, the company arranged group checkpoints and shared rest breaks throughout the ascent.
"Our daily work involves precision, strict schedules, and high concentration-especially for projects requiring complex carbon fiber fabrication processes," one team leader shared. "Activities like this help everyone reset, build stronger bonds, and return to work with renewed energy."
