December 2025 - Huizhou, China
SYCarbonFiber has announced that it will soon open a new manufacturing facility focused exclusively on carbon fiber sports equipment. This expansion marks a strategic step in strengthening the company's production capacity and enhancing its ability to deliver custom carbon fiber parts for high-performance sporting applications.
The new site, scheduled to begin construction in early 2026, will feature specialized production lines for carbon fiber rackets, protective gear, bike components, sports plates, and other lightweight performance products. By introducing dedicated molding zones, curing rooms, and precision machining equipment, the facility will allow the company to handle more advanced lay-up structures and tighter production tolerances.
"Our demand for custom carbon fiber parts in the sports sector has grown significantly over the past two years," said the company's Operations Director. "This new facility will help us respond faster to market needs, improve delivery stability, and offer more flexible custom solutions for global brands."
In addition to manufacturing, the new plant will include a small R&D laboratory for testing impact strength, fatigue resistance, and lightweight optimization-ensuring each sports component meets international standards.
SYCarbonFiber believes this expansion will further support the increasing global shift toward lightweight composite materials in athletic performance products. The company expects the new facility to play an important role in supplying both domestic and international sports equipment brands.
Construction updates and official commissioning dates will be announced in upcoming releases.
